Decorative Designs Group is a Custom Wholesale Picture Framing Company started in 2001 by the Spencer Family ( Anderson, Nancy and Mark). In business since 1985 as an upscale Custom Framing operation with four retail locations in the Memphis, TN area, the Spencer’s were seeing a downturn in the collectible type art and more emphasis to the decorative, more expendable type. A decision was made to open a wholesale operation and take over 20 years of experience in the retail custom framing and offer the same type of service to the trade.

With the ability to offer the same quality of picture framing that was being given to the very loyal customers of Spencer Galleries, with one of the best reputations in Memphis for so many years as a very conscientious picture framer, it goes without saying that our new customers are getting the same type of service.
