Decorative Designs Return Policy

Please inspect your order carefully.  If your order does not meet your approval, please contact Customer Service by E-mail within 10 days of receipt.  After 10 days, Decorative Designs will not be responsible for repair or replacement.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from our company, you may return it (prepaid in the original condition and packaging) within 30 days of your having received the order for an exchange or 100% refund on the cost of your product purchase. Please note that shipping charges on returned merchandise are not refundable.

Any piece which you ask us to alter or customize beyond what we show on this website is not returnable to us under this guarantee.

Shipping Damage
Any orders damaged during shipping must be handled directly with the carrier.  Please notify them immediately of the problem.
